Penyambung koaksial SMA RF adalah penyambung sepaksi RF dengan mekanisme sambungan berulir yang dibangunkan dan dihasilkan mengikut standard tentera AS MIL-C-39012. Ia mempunyai kelebihan saiz kecil, lebar jalur lebar, prestasi mekanikal dan elektrik yang sangat baik, dan kebolehpercayaan yang tinggi. Ia adalah salah satu penyambung RF yang paling banyak digunakan. Ia digunakan secara meluas dalam komunikasi gelombang mikro, aeroangkasa, sistem senjata, peralatan pengukuran gelombang mikro dan bidang lain.
